| In the past, I woke up early. Or when I went home, I would wake up about 5 am to help my mom cooking. But now, I always wake up late. I love to wake up in the morning to do exercise about 6 am but I feel so sleepy and keep sleeping. Although I set up my alarm clock at 4 or 5 am , I snooze it over and over or I sometimes did not know when my alarm clock wake me. Luckily, I get some tis from Noo D that we should wake up and stay among sunlight. This tips will help our cell's brain stronger and fresher. If we do it regulary, our brain will remembet it. | I'm the lucky one who can get up what time I want without the alarm clock. Although it's very early in the morning but I still get up. I have a good technique but it's take a long time to do if you want the get up early 'regularly'. You have to use your alarm clock to wake up at approximately that same time each morning. Our bodies’ physiological processes are governed by the circadian rhythm, a cycle that in humans is closely adapted to the 24-hour day. By training yourself to wake up at the same time each day, you “set” your circadian rhythm and then you can get up in the same time every morning. | I always set my clock to wake me up. sometimes when I went to bed early,I will wake up early. if you haven't any material you can tell roommate to wake you up.

| I can say I do not like get up early in the morning anymore. But this is my duty that get up early for going to class. I do not have a special way or techniques that make you get up early. For me, I set my clock to wake me up and the generally thing that I do always also is snooze it. haha The clock is the best thing for me to help me wake up early.

| You should have your regularly sleep times and get in the habit of waking up early every day, even on weekends. Before I go into the deeply sleeping. I often set a goal for the next morning that want I wanna do when I wake up. For example "tomorrow I'll plant the tree on early morning. | Oh, it's hard for me to make it. Anyhow, I can do it if I force myself. I will give myself enough time for a good night's rest. If I'm used to sleeping from 12 to 9, I can't still go to bed at midnight and expect that 6 AM wake-up call to be all trumpets and roses. As I get up earlier and earlier, go to bed earlier and earlier. The goal isn't to need less sleep (sleep, after all, is wonderful), the goal is just to wake up earlier easier. Science tells us that if you get the recommended amount of sleep during the night, it's easier to do just that.

| -Try to sleep early. -Eat healthy foods for example, fruit salad, vegetables or any fruit. -Eat vitamin C -Use ur clock to wake u up.

| Avoid coffee, red wine and chocolate the night before!!! To wake up fresh you need to get a good sleep and one of the best ways to ruin a good sleep is to upset your gut. You really need to keep it happy during the night. The best way is try to go to bed early.

| It's very difficult for me to wake up very early. For some of us, waking up early means falling out of bed, wandering around like a zombie until that third cup of coffee, and then taking a mid-morning nap just to feel semi-okay. Not anymore! To effectively wake up early, you'll have to reset your sleep schedule, develop effective waking-up-early habits, and become more of a morning person. 1. Pick your goal wake-up time. If you'd like to get good at being ready and raring to go by 6 AM, great! There's your goal. This will be the goal you're working toward every day of the week. 2. Set your alarm clock 15 minutes earlier than normal. If you're normally sleeping till 9, going cold turkey and aiming for 6:30 just isn't going to happen. 3. Give yourself enough time for a good night's rest.

| No, I don't have any technigues. Get up early is quite hard for me beacuse I get up late everyday. Although I set an alarm clock , I always get up late. It is very hard to break a bad habit.

| I think that the most important things to wake up early is to go bed early. When I want to wake up early I will go to bed at 22.00-23.00 pm. I have ever read the research about going bed early before mid night can make our heath healthy. Besides, you should set your time to go to bed at the same time every day. Then you should wake up at the same time also. Our body will remember about the time to wake up so you will wake up early.

| to get up early, we should go to sleep earlier to get enough sleep. In the morning, after you get up you should force yourself to get out of bedroom as soon as you shut off the alarm. Don't go back to bed for any reason and reject any self talk that tries to convince you to do so. Try to overcome your talk that always tell you to stay in bed for another 10 minutes. Take a bath will help you feel fresh and get rid of your sleepy eyes. Then you should find something pleasurable to do when you wake up: like reading, writing, listening to music, exercising, watching television, watching sun rise or meditating, or even play games.

| I have my phone alarm set for Monday to Thursday at seven o'clock. Like many people I rest in bed for ten minutes and get up to eat breakfast and make shower and drive to the university.
Friday to Sunday the alarm is used only if I shall visit Temple or have some work to do, otherwise I prefer to sleep until I wake up by myself.

| I think the only way to get up early is go be early! I am trying to go bed early now, even my roommate is go bed very late! haha And the result is great! Now I can wake up early! | The toughest part of the morning is simply getting out of bed. An alarm across the room is an old trick, but I don’t want to wake up my wife in the process. So I have my iPhone next to my bed with a soft alarm that I can turn off quickly. To keep myself from falling back asleep in the morning brain-fog, I have another alarm across the room set for a few minutes later. It’s extremely loud and will jolt my wife awake if I don’t walk across the room and turn it off first. Even my foggy mind understands that, and the fear of a startled and cranky wife drives me to take those first few steps out of bed. Here are a few ideas to wake your brain up (and keep it alert all day long): Listen to podcasts related to waking up early. Read about people who were early risers. Remind yourself about the importance of writing every day. Fill in the cracks of your day with inspiration on how and why to wake up early. You can rationalize a lot when your alarm goes off.
