I like green bean and I want to share the benefits of green bean.
Green beans of any variety are low in calories and contain good-for-you nutrients such as protein, dietary fiber, calcium and iron. One cup of raw green beans has more than 200 milligrams of potassium, plus beta carotene and vitamin A. Beta carotene may reduce the risk of certain cancers, while vitamin A can help your body maintain healthy vision and bone growth, according to the National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements.

Green been is contain of Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Manganese, Vitamin A, and Dietary Fiber.
Vitamin K benefits the body by helping to speed up the process of healing. For instance, when you develop a wound or any type of injury, vitamin K helps stimulate blood clotting, so excessive bleeding does not occur. Vitamin C is another vitamin that can be found in high amounts in green beans. Just like vitamin K, vitamin C also helps speed up the healing of cuts, bruises and even burns and surgical wounds. Green beans are also rich in manganese. Aside from relieving symptoms of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, manganese can also help fight premenstrual syndrome.
