I hardly angry,and I quite not angry easily.
-Try to make yourself laugh.
-Take deep, slow breaths to relax. If it helps, repeat a word or mantra to yourself either in your head or out loud.
- Take some time to seriously consider this question. Knowing exactly why you are angry will help you avoid placing false blame on a person or event.

I am a person who quite easy get angry. Evil or Very Mad 

So I have to looking for the way to release my anger all the time. And some good way that I found it are.....

-count 1 to ........ until you calm down.
-take a deep breath.
-watch comedy movie.
-shout the word that you want to say out loud.
-talk with someone you trust on them.
-go to sleep.

When I mad at someone but I can face on them I usually do this crazy way to release my anger.
First, I'll print the photo of the person that I mad at on a pillowcase and I'll hit it after all. 
I know, it's quite rude and it isn't a good manner but this is one of the best anger tools to help me 
release my anger in the safe way, without hurting myself or anyone else.

Anger is one of moods that many people usually have.
So I think if we are in this mood which is not quite good. So I need to figure out the various ways
to reduce my anger.
There are many ways to release my anger. Anyways, I think the following ways can be effective for me.
1. Try meditating. Do this every day to calm your nerves and you won't get so angry to begin with. Meditating calms the mind and helps you with your problems. You may be able to think more clearly too. Sometimes meditating can make you emotionless for the rest of the day. It removes a lot of stress and gives you a better outlook on the world. Make sure you meditate somewhere quiet, if the kids are running and shouting when you meditate, it will only make you more angry.
2. Try sleeping. Sleep relaxes you and get rid of tension. It's so effective that you may end up waking without noticing you were angry.

When I get angry with someone I always smile to he/she (but in my mind I count 1-10) and then I still calm down. Another are watching comedy TV programs and listen to music.

I think that the way to release anger
is try to do not angry anybody. Try to
make yourself is a positvely thinking person. If you are a positive thinking person that make you easily in life.
Do not under the moods' control.

No one likes anger, but everyone used to anger at all.
Some people can control anger but some can't.
What should we do? The first thing you must think in positive way.
Everything can not be your thought. No matter the way that you don't like,
anger comes. To win the anger is hard but can do.
Try to observe yourself, the day that you are not anger, happy happens.

For me, I will remind my thoughs
thinking of the result. The anger cannot solve
any problems. You will solve it atfer you are cool down.
So, it makes me have less anger than in the past because of
thinking of its results, I will follow my emotion; it will stop happening
but if I have no conciousness, I may be anger.

Some tips for me to release anger.....
- taking a long breath to you lung.
- trying to avoid fighting.
- smiling with my self.
- listening to the easy music.
- singing the music out loud.

For me, the way to release my anger is to stay alone.
When I get angry at someone, I try to avoid facing him and walk out to stay alone.
This is the best way for me to release the anger because I get angry easily and be calm easily also.
If I say something when I'm angry,it will be bad and I will be sad about it.
Staying alone help me think for what I did, I always find that I shouldn't be angryใ
Then I can calm down and I'm out of anger.

Do this exercise five times a day and you'll start thinking and performing better in no time:
1. Inhale deeply
2. Exhale with a short burst (as if blowing out a candle). This helps activate your diaphragm, which most people don't use.
3. Exhale with a long, slow finish to empty the lungs. Breathlessness comes from not expelling enough CO2.
4. Inhale, filling your lungs from the bottom to the top, instead of taking short sips. Most use a third of their lung capacity.
5. Hold for a moment to allow oxygen to saturate the cells.
6. Exhale slowly and completely.
7. Repeat steps 4 through 6 for five minutes.

Don't make it in the shape of a fist; rather, try bending your fingers instead of your whole hand to release anger. If you put your hand into a fist, then you'll set yourself to hurt someone by punching them. That may get you into trouble. Some people get so mad that they sue and look at just how long that trouble will last!

I am easily to get angry, but I also forget it so easily too.
When I get upset or angry, I release my anger by staying from that person or things.
I might go for a walk or find a place to have some alone time.
The best way of releasing my anger is to punch or kick something such as a pillow,
a sand bag, a stuffed animal, etc. Also listening to my favorite song and eating
help release my anger so quickly too.

I am a person who always get angry. Very Happy 
When I am angry, I like to concentrate with myself.
I do like talking to myself "clam down, clam down"
If I am still angry, I will think that It will gone.
Do not serious, we have to go on.
These are my way to manage the anger.

I think take deep breaths, can release my anger. It always calms nerves down. It is just a small meditation that releases a little stress at a time. It doesn't have as much effect as real meditation does but it does buy me calm-down time.

I am one of many people who get angry very easly and don't know how to cope with it.
I am trying to too angry and relax when the problem comes.
I am not a kind of people who run away from the problems.
I like to make it crytal clear right away, if I can't do that I will be even more angry.
