When people want to lose weight, dieting is always the first thing that they are going to do. But it is not the best way. I cannot say that dieting does not help them lose weight, yet I would say that it helps just a little bit. Dieting, especially by skipping the main meals, such as, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, can cause some great problems to your health and it will lead you to the fat condition. As you know, breakfast is the most important meal that people should not miss for their daily life. Going out without breakfast means you will eat more throughout the day because you lack needed energy. People who have breakfast tend not to consume as many calories during the day, so they will gain weight less than people who skip breakfast. Moreover, lunch and dinner are also important for the same reason. You should not skip but you can reduce the number of food you eat for your meals. Another way to diet that most people use are eating less and abstaining from meat or starch. These do not make people fat in exact way but they make them lack nutrient that is necessary for their health. What I mentioned above clearly shows that dieting not only makes people have health problem but also makes them fat.

No,I don't think so because I think food that make me fat.
Somebody called smart eats are just junk food in disguise. Cut back on them and your thighs will thank you.Chips, gooey desserts, anything that starts with fried — you know to fight off these calorie cows with a stick. What's tricky is that some foods with famously healthy reputations are actually worse for your weight than the snacks in vending machines and drive-throughs.

You are what you eat.

I have found this interesting information and I proudly present about How Diet makes you fat?
The study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition discovered some frightening facts that should make us all swear off diet drinks and products.

Diet sodas raised the risk of diabetes more than sugar-sweetened sodas!
Women who drank one 12-ounce diet soda had a 33 percent increased risk of type 2 diabetes and women who drank one 20-ounce soda had a 66 percent increased risk.
Women who drank diet sodas drank twice as much as those who drank sugar- sweetened sodas because artificial sweeteners are more addictive and are hundreds to thousands of times sweeter than regular sugar.
The average diet soda drinker consumes 3 diet drinks a day.
You might say that people who are overweight and just about to get diabetes drink more diet soda, but they scientifically controlled for body weight. And they found the artificial sweeteners increased diabetes independent of body weight!

I agree some part of them.
If you are on diet , you should do it properly
otherwise it will harm your health later.
For me , I think you should be on diet only dinner because
our body take less energy than another time.
When you are on diet, you should not be stressful because
it will produce some hormorme and substance to make you more fat like
researcher said.
Skipping breakfast is not the best way to diet, so you should eat breakfast
to make you full as much as possible, then you reduce the quantity of lunch
and dinner. But you can skip dinner if you have no work to do.
Let's do it.
Just have discipline, you will be perfect.

Everyone needs food or diet which is very important for their lives. Also, there are many kinds of food that consumers can choose, such as healthy diet, junk food, and fast food. To keep healthy, a number of consumers eagerly go on a diet in order to reduce their weight. They also believe that dieting is a fundamental means to stop gaining more weight. Some strongly believe that dieting makes people fat because they do not know the correct methods to go on a diet. For instance, dieters may skip breakfast which is a very important meal so as to lose weight, but they might eat a lot for dinner time. So, dieting will become worthless automatically. In fact, I believe that dieting does not make people fat, but it leads people to reduce their weight and stay in a good shape.

This is excepted from my essay that I wrote by myself.'

I think diet can make you fat because some people force themselves to eat the food that they don't like. It throws the body out of balance. Then you start to give up eating that food you don't like. Now that you gain weigh more easily because the body out of balance. Losing weight, putting it back on, losing it again and again is bad for your health. I think the best way to loose weigh or be on diet is to exercise and eat less carbohydrate and eat more fruits and vegetables. You don't have to stop eating certain foods you like but try to it less and less.

I think that dieting is not always losing weight if people do not do exercise and burn their fat in the body. Another reason that dieting people become fat is that they do not get enough important nutrients and also enough energy to work, so they will eat a lot of food when they feel tired. Finally, people who skip breakfast that is the most important meal will be hungry a lot during the day. They will, in turn, have a big lunch or dinner that is not good to lose their weight. Therefore, dieting is not the best way that people should follow to lose weight if they do not so exercise, eat enough nutrients and have breakfast as well.

No matter how you look at it, these reasons should be strong enough to believe dieting makes people fat. Whether you consider dieting is the best way to slim down and to achieve their desired weight, you should agree with me that the facts all show are bad for your health such as dieting can throw your body out of balance, making weight regain, and causing ulcers in the stomach. The best way to lose weight you have to both eat less and exercise more. Yes, I do. Weight loss in the early weeks of crash dieting is not, as many people believe, made up mostly of unwanted fat. First you lose those carbohydrates stored in the muscles and liver as glycogen. This is why you feel tired on such a diet and have less strength for lifting and running because you are losing muscle power. You will also lose a lot of water, which may make you feel less bloated and appear slimmer, when in fact you are still carrying the same amount of fat on your body.

For me I think diet is to control your eating behavior.
If you can follow your rule all the time , you will be healthier for sure.
But many people fail to avoid eating the food they prefer.
They often said that they just ate for only one piece and for sure they continued eating a lot.
So that why diet sometimes makes people fatter.
