Stress is just like waves, going up and down on its own. It appears when we face something absolutely different from our expectations. Anything that can raise mental or physical conflicts may lead to stress. We come across stress every day, everywhere and every time. There’s no way to escape it and what really works is that how you deal with it, leave it alone or sort it out immediately. Most stresses are beyond our control, but still there’re some which can be prevented in advance. Just for many of them are unpredictable, we have to learn to control these negative stress. Firstly you should know that you are not the only one suffering from those problems. Actually those problems, including stress, anxiety and depression, are confusing most people, especially these students in college. In face of stress, a large number of them show anger, frustration, and apathy.

Stress is a part of life, a normal response to demands either emotional, intellectual, or physical. It can be positive if it keeps us alert, motivated, and ready to avoid danger. It can be negative if it becomes chronic, increasing the risk of diseases like depression, heart disease and a variety of other problems. Until you accept responsibility for the role you play in creating or maintaining it, your stress level will remain outside your control.

Life can be stressful; sometimes you'll have to deal with ongoing stress positively. Stress can have a variety of causes such as family problems, job problems, financial difficulties, poor health, or even the death of someone close to you.
So I have various method to cure your stress!
Exercise regularly. Targeted exercise goes a long way toward freeing your body of stress hormones and increasing your endorphin levels - responsible for feelings of happiness. Carve out time during your busy day to exercise to both keep your body healthy and as a natural outlet for your stress. You should notice the difference.
Get enough sleep. Give your body the sleep it wants, and your stress levels will take a nosedive. Sleep is a mechanism by which your body recuperates and restores its energy reserves. If you're not getting enough sleep, your body will use stress to keep you active and alert in the absence of stored energy.

The two ways above can help you reduce stress!

I'm a person who got less stressnes.
However, it's sometimes stress.
So, I always listen to music or go shopping alone.
It helps me alot.

I prefer Meditate!! A few minutes of practice per day can help ease anxiety.
Daily meditation may alter the brain’s neural pathways,
making you more resilient to stress.
The process can be simple. Sit up straight with both feet on the floor.
Close your eyes. Focus your attention on reciting.

You should find the way to relax.
I advice you to Listen to calm and soft music. Music really gets you relaxed and happy. 
Try listening to music with no vocals and pick music with instruments like the flute, piano, or violin.
Classical, jazz, or folk tunes generally work well, but if that's not your cup of tea, 
choose music that puts you in a good place.

These are my ways to handle with stress.
I go for a long walk where it's quiet and green like at the park.
Sometimes I call a good friend of mine or my family
to talk out my stress with them.
I write and express my feelings both good and bad on my diary.
Or I will have a long shower. I feel like it washes out my stress.
Then I watch movies especially animated movies and listen to music
and dance like crazy in my room alone. then I will forget about what stresses me up.
If you have stress, try one of my ways. I hope it helps you.

Eat properly. Your body needs to be healthy, happy and properly fueled to help you tackle stress. Like it or not, stress is a bodily reaction to anything that disturbs its natural state, meaning that your body can have a profound effect on producing and relieving stress.

Stress like an ugly monster. Evil or Very Mad  When I face this monster I will...........

-sing
-play music
-sleep
-eat my favorite food
-go out with friends
-read comic books
and ect

of stored energy.Relaxing your body, by whatever natural means, is a great way to reduce
stress. Don't expect your stress to immediately dissipate; it can take time. In most cases,
try not to fixate on the stress itself while you're relaxing. Think of something placid and
tranquil, or think of nothing in particular. Let your body tell your mind that everything is okay.

Venting is just one technique of coping with stress which benefits from support of those around you. An understanding ear is an invaluable resource but be careful who you choose to confide in. Research conducted on doctors at the University of Bedfordshire revealed that support from family, management and consultants was effective but support from co-workers was not. When choosing someone to confide in ask if they're likely to understand, be interested in your well being, offer useful feedback or even assist in dealing with your stress.

Stress is a natural part of life and I used to dealing with it, by exercising, relaxing with a good book, socializing with my friends, anything just to turn the stress into productive energy. And I think it is very important to remember that stress effects everyone and it is inevitable that sometimes people are going to have bad days. What I do personally is try to control my response to a situation.Yes you cant neceasarilly control what happens to you but you can control your response.What I am trying to do is try to lengthen between the stressful situation and my response so that I can identify what is the cause and do something what i can do about it.
