These are my ways to keep myself healthy: Wake up early and go for a jog before work. Don't bring an iPod along, instead, look around and admire the sunrise. Choose a different place to jog every day, like at the beach on Sundays, the park on Mondays, and so on. Take in the refreshing air and use this time to clear my thoughts and relax before heading to the office. Enjoy a nutritious breakfast. Oatmeal, cereal, a slice of whole-wheat toast, fresh fruit, and yogurt are all healthy choices. No fizzy drinks at any time. Drink lots of water and stay away from smoking. Try having as much as of fruits and vegetables and water while at work and say a big no to the easily available junk food, fatty snacks, coffee, fizzy soda, etc. Take a walk whenever I get a break.

- Try to drink water that has been purified. Tap water often contains things like chlorine and fluoride that reduce the health benefits of drinking water.
- Maintain healthy eating habits. Avoid fad diets--they are often incredibly unhealthy. To get all the nutrition the human body needs, you must eat a balanced diet including dairy, grains, protein, fruits and veggies, as well as fat. By doing so, you'll have a healthy heart, healthy brain, and a fully functional immune system. Eating highly varied foods will also help insure you get all the vitamins, minerals, oils, and enzymes your body craves.

There are my way to keep myself healthy: Eating breakfast, a healthy breakfast is the cornerstone of a good diet. It is a meal that provides the opportunity to eat a serving of whole grains, a digestible protein, and have a serving or two of fruit. The energy from a healthy breakfast can carry you through your morning in a more stable way than by eating stimulating foods such as sweets and coffee. Drinking Water, drink at least eight 8oz. glasses of water a day. Eating Fruits and Vegetables, fruits and vegetables supply many nutrients that are important for your health. All fruits and vegetables supply the body with fiber needed for cholesterol regulation and proper bowel function.

Health is very crucial for us. We have to take care of ourselves. So I'll give you ways to keep you healthy.
1. Maintain healthy eating habits. Avoid fad diets like the plague; to get all the nutrition the human body needs, eat carbs, protein, and fat at every meal. By doing so, you'll have a healthy heart, healthy brain, and a fully functional immune system. Eating highly varied foods will also help insure you get all the vitamins, minerals, oils, and enzymes your body craves.
2. Sleep well every night. Adults should get 7 to 9 hours daily, whereas school-aged children should get 10 to 11. One of the absolute most important ways of improving the quality of your sleep is to do it in complete darkness, as even small amounts of light interfere with the chemicals that tell your body to rest. If you can’t eliminate the light in your room, wear an eye mask. Another one of the best ways to improve your sleep is to exercise.
3.Stick to an exercise regimen. If you don’t want to pay for a gym membership, try strength-training at home. The muscle you develop will help increase your metabolism: the bodies of muscular people burn more calories even while they’re at rest.[11] To keep your heart in shape, do cardio. One particularly effective way to improve your cardiovascular health is to do interval training, which means alternating between low- and high-intensity activity. This has been shown to be a quick and extremely effective way to improve heart health and endurance.[12] (Anyone over the age of 60 or who has heart disease, high blood pressure, or arthritis should consult a doctor before attempting interval training.

To keep myself healthy, I would get enough sleep. I would get up early every day.
In the morning I would go for a walk, take some breaths of fresh air, and bathing some morning sun.
I would eat nutritious foods every meal. I would drink enough water. I would avoid eating junk foods.
And sometimes, I would do some meditations to keep my mind calm, and not to be much more stressed.

There are many ways to be healthy. First, you should realize of you mind.
If you are happy and optimistic with anything, you will be a healthy one.

The first important is intake,outtake and exercise.
People lost lot money with unnecessary think that bad to health.
Such as fast food that they are easy to find in modern life.
Do you know about human life?
They work hard for get more money and finally they got problem about health.
After,they spend their money to cure their heath and buy service for relax.They did not know it too late because their health already bad.
Why people make every they happy?
If you can manage your life to be balance,you will happy in your life and can keep your health.

Here are some tips to keep ourselves healthy!
- Eat a Healthy Breakfast : It is a meal that provides the opportunity

- Express Your Emotions Appropriately : Many theories of disease causation
in TCM
are based on inappropriate expression of emotions which leads to physical & mental symptoms.
- Eat Fruits and Vegetables : Fruits and vegetables supply many nutrients
that are important for your health.
- Do something physically active : Regular moderate daily physical activity goes a long way

Long time ago lol I always do the exercise at least 3 times a week.
I drink lots of water and try not the drink cokes
and try to eat healthy.I try not to eat greasy foods and
try eating salads and grilled chicken things like that

Set a goal: Even if you live a super busy lifestyle, there are things that you can do to make sure you stay fit. At work, we often find ourselves sitting in front of a computer for a very long period. Wouldn't it be nice to 'take a break' and still get some work done? Instead of calling one of your office mates to deliver a message, walk over to their desk and deliver it. This is an excellent way to stretch out those stiff muscles after sitting down for too long.
Relaxation: Mental exercise is as important as physical exercise. Work pressure is very common these days. In such cases, relaxation is the only way to maintain mental balance. Most people prefer Yoga, Meditation for such purpose. But chilling out with friends and spending time with family during the weekends, are also helpful to avoid work tension.

here are many effective and easy ways to stay fit and healthy without breaking the bank.
1 Get more sleep!
Sleep is huge and almost a third of the US population doesn’t get near enough to staying physically and mentally healthy.
2 Strive for a better diet
Look at your diet and what you’re eating now and make changes where you see fit. If you are susceptible to snacking, keep a piece of fruit or a few nuts at hand.
3. Stop all those bad habits
Take a look at your current lifestyle and make a small list of everything you do that is not good for your health.
4. Exercise, exercise, exercise
We all should be doing at least 30 minutes of exercise, 3 to 4 or more times a week,
to maintain good health and keep fit.

How do I keep myself healthy?
I am not sure if these things work for every people.
But these are work for me!
Well I am now over weight and I am on my way to loss some of my weight to make myself healthier.
- I am trying to wake up early.
- Go bed early
- Do some exercise to make my heart pounding to the cardio zone. (Jump, Air Cycling)
- Drink a lot of water. I drink more than 2000 ml. per day.
- Try to skip fatty food! such as carb things or fry things
