Like other parts of your body, your brain may lose some agility as you get older. It can deteriorate even more if you don’t take care of it. You can do everything “right” and still not prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Read a good book: Reading a book stimulates the imagination. I love to let a book carry me away. I always have a book that I’m reading and sometimes I have 3 or 4! Practice meditation : There are a lot of different forms of meditation. To me, in its most simple form, meditation is about spending a little time alone to relax and center your thoughts. Get plenty of rest: A lack of sleep can interfere with your ability to assimilate new information. Your brain needs rest to operate at its peak performance. This may be why things always seem clearer and brighter after a good night’s sleep. Eat a good breakfast: You should eat a breakfast high in protein and good carbohydrates. A couple of pieces of whole-grain toast with peanut butter will fit the bill. Eggs are also an excellent source of protein. Nuts, milk, and fresh fruit are also great ways to feed your brain.

These are the ways to take care of my brain.
- sleep well
- treat depression and avoid stress
- eat a good nutrient
- no alcohol
The most thing that I like is Practice meditation.
Don’t worry, I’m not going off the new age deep-end here.
There are a lot of different forms of meditation.
For me, meditation is about spending a little time alone to relax and center your thoughts.

For me, there are a lot of way to maintain our brain .
For example, The seed of pumpkin. I have ever heard about the benefit of it that it can maintain the brain system.
It can help the brain work efficiently.
and do not chewing the gum that contain Aspartame.
Aspartame can damage the brain.

First, getting adequate sleep is also an important aspect of a good memory.

heart-strengthening aerobic exercise improves memory and even lowers the risk of dementia.
Finally, practice good nutrition. We can choose foods that help protect our brains.

The ways to take care of your brain!
Exercise
We all know that exercise is the key for healthy body. The same principle applies when we talk about brain health. Exercise promotes effective blood circulation to our brain, thereby making it stay active and healthy.
Decrease Caffeine Consumption
Most people out there do not realize that caffeine is not good for their overall health, especially if consumed in large quantities. Not only does it make one feel restless, but it also leads to anxiety and insomnia. Over a period of time, you might end up remembering things slowly.

Wear a bike helmet. Head injury can cause catastrophic damage to the brain and memory.
You should protect your brain by wearing helmet. If you have an accident, it will helpful.

Good nutrition.We should eat fish, fruits, vegetables,
and healthy fats such as olive oil or canola oil.

challenge your mind and memory. Learn a new skill or study a foreign language.
Join a club, volunteer, find extra ways to increase brain-protecting social interaction.

Exercise your mental abilities to keep brain strong. For example, if you think creatively, you will strengthen the connections that you draw upon for creative thought. If you don’t think creatively, then you will eventually lose your ability to be creative. Studies show that by the time we are in are forties, we have lost almost all of our creative abilities. It’s disappearing a little more every day you fail to exercise it. It’s easier to keep your connections than to try and recreate them. It’s easier by far. -

Read a good book. Reading a book stimulates the imagination. Your brain can’t keep from drawing mental pictures when you read. Reading gets your mind off its butt and to work. I love to let a book carry me away. I always have a book that I’m reading and sometimes I have 3 or 4! I get most of my books from the library to avoid the cost of buying each one. This also allows me to try a wide variety of books without risk.

There're not too much difficult methods to do but it's included in our life.
For me sleep well at night is my first choice, because everybody has the
natural alarm clock in the body. So it's better to follow the body's schedule
which is the best for the organs. Next one I've found in the book which the writer
is Vanessa Race or "Noo-Dee" tell me. It's taking a deep breathe. Each time
we breathe, the brain will take every 20 percent of an amount of Oxygen.
That's why we should gain a lot of Oxygen for our healthy brain.

The way to take care of my brain are being a positive thinking person,
don't go to bed late, and doing some new things.
For being a positive thinking person, when we have problems, we can't escape from it.
We have to face and solve it. We shouldn't think we can't do it.
We should believe in ourselves that we can do. When we think in positive way,
our brain will be more effective than think in negative way.
And next, we shouldn't go to bed late because we will don't have enough time to sleep.
Our brain will be weak and we won't fresh all day.
The last one is doing somethings new, when we do somethings new,
our brain will keep it into our memory and it will develop.
It's good for our brain and our health.
