Set some achievable goals. By setting yourself some worthy yet attainable goals, you have something to look forward to. Tell yourself you can do something. Action changes everything. One moment you're passive and frozen; the next you're digging in and changing things simply because you moved, decided something or got out there. If something from your past is holding you back, take the time to address it rather than bury it. Start. Everything begins somewhere, even if it's pulling the staples out of the piece of paper you have to get on with reading or wiping the fog off the windshield so you can drive the car out of your driveway. Expecting life to be easy street is unrealistic––life is often difficult, and sometimes, it's really difficult. But life is also wonderful, surprising, exciting and filled with hope. Realize that life is about trading costs and benefits. To enjoy any benefit, there is usually a cost to be suffered. Often that pain involves a feeling of being left out or going without while others don't seem to be putting up with the same challenges. And that pain can cause you to avoid, distract and seek safety in a comfort zone. To push past your comfort zone, you'll need to face the pain before you can reach the possibilities. Undisciplined talent gets few people anywhere––excellence in academics, financial autonomy, sports, the performing arts and relationships demands steady and consistent thoughtfulness and work that strains even the best of us emotionally and physically. Your will to survive and flourish needs to translate to your will to work and suffer when to do so is both necessary and useful.

What you have to do first is finding your motivation.Like, why are you doing work? It is easy to forget the purpose of work with time. Remind yourself of how important your work is for you, for your personal satisfaction, for your life, family and so on. If you feel you are not clear about the purpose of what you are doing, it’s time to recap the goals you set down when you started.

I think the most important thing of being lazy is..Get organized – The most important aspect of overcoming laziness is getting organized. So many times we want to do something productive but the clutter and the junk makes it seem impossible to get anything done and entices us to not even start our task. A nice, clean and organized work space just invites us to do some work and be productive. A cluttered and trashed work space invites us to stay on the couch. Set aside a few hours to devote to organizing work stations – everything from your desk to your computer files to your favorites links on your web browser. Make everything as easy, seamless and efficient to find as possible.

For me, I think you have to review your annual goals. This is where you see yourself at the end of the year and they should be inspiring to you. If not, then you may want to re-evaluate your goals.
Review your daily or weekly goals. For me, this sometimes works better than my annual goals purely because the end of the year can sometimes seem so far away. However, a week is not so far and I know that if I don’t do what I had scheduled today, my entire week is going to be behind schedule, which will mean that I’m going to struggle to achieve what I want for the month. Again, that snaps me out of my lazy funk.

One of the serious problems that are often experienced by students is laziness. Because of this problem, most students often ignore their assignments especially when they do it at home. Based on some reliable researches, laziness when doing assignment at home can be solved by following these several ways.

1. Wash face to make you feel fresh 
2. Change seating position
3. Move from a room to another room
4. Make favorite drink
5. Access internet

Organization is the very first step to overcoming laziness.
When we’ve taken the time to get organized, which is usually the hard part,
it’s very easy to get things done with speed and fluidity thereafter.
Do the unpleasant tasks very first thing in the morning.
A ‘to-do’ list is extremely important because it lets you visualize what needs to be done.
Visualization is a key to success.

For me, I will think of the result if I still postpone
and be lazy, I actually do homewok more and more.
Anyway, I like to do homework nearly dead line, I think
it makes me more energetic, but it's not good because
you may forget something important.
So, we should check our schedule and plan it
in advance in order to get good expectation.

I have read from so many books that have various ways to cope with the laziness.
Here are some of them:
1) Get organized – The most important aspect of overcoming laziness is getting organized. So many times we want to do something productive but the clutter and the junk makes it seem impossible to get anything done and entices us to not even start our task.
2) Make a ‘to-do’ list every evening before bed – It is imperative to write down our goals so we can visualize exactly what needs to be done.
4) Dress the part – A huge factor contributing to laziness is slothful or lazy dress. Wearing a pair of shorts and sandals does not make someone feel like working.
5) Be hyper-aware of the time – Starting and finishing our ‘to-do’ list at the exact same time every morning is imperative.
