Using tablet in Thai education system, helpful or harmful?

In my opinion, they can be both helpful or harmful.
The way that is harmful comes from using in the wrong way.
but tablet can be helpful for student who used properly.
There are too many apps on a smart phone or tablet for good concentration during class.
Students WILL get distracted by some ways, even those who get distracted less easily.

To give tablets to grade one students, I think it's harmful. I think they are too young to use it.
At that age, they should study with movements more than sitting on the chairs using tablets.
They should play and learn naturally with their childhood.
When they have tablets, they enjoy using it and some maybe addicted to it.
If they use it very often, it's harmful to their eyes.
Giving tablets when they are still young seems we push them to technology world fast.
I think if giving tablets to university students may more helpful.
Because they are adult, they can learn by themselves well.

Here are some bad sides in using tablet:
- Obesity Your kid sits all day playing with tech, they move less, they get fat;
end of story. Nobody wants their child to be unhealthy or overweight so limit the online time.
- Addiction Kids can get addicted to technology.
It’s a crutch. They get used to having those online connections and
they don’t want to give them up. Don’t fool yourself, it’s like cyber crack.

There are good and bad.
A good way to use it would be to sit down with the child and use the tablet together.
It can be an added benefit for the parents to actually be using
these devices with their children and that can promote some interaction
