I think strawberries can help skin healthy.
Strawberries have more anti-aging vitamin C per serving than oranges or grapefruit.
And research published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition shows that
people who eat foods rich in vitamin C have fewer wrinkles and less age-related dry skin than those who don’t.

For me, I think broccoli. This veggie is high in antioxidants, including vitamins C and E. The vitamin C in broccoli aids in collagen production and keeps your skin healthy and supple, while vitamin E protects your skin cell membranes and guards against UV radiation damage.

I think Papayasalad is the good food for skin healthy.
When you eat Papayasalad you will feel hot because of chilly.
Your fat is will be burned.
Papayasalad contains tomato, papaya, garlic, lime and Plara.
All of these ingredients can make your skin brighter.
There are a lot of vitamin to help our skin healthy.

I think all types of nutrients is all healthy for
our skin; carbohydrate, protein, vitamins, minerals and
lipids. If you are lack of those some nutrients, your skin will not
fresh. So, no need to buy supplement, just intake those
main nutrients. You become healthy.

you can eat things that are high in vitamin c
and drink 8 cups of water a day.

I think the food for healthy skin is water.
Water is normal but it's necessary for our health.
Actually, we have to drink about 7-8 glasses per day.
Our body can lack of food for many days
but it can't lack of water only a day.
Moreover, drinking water help skin fresh and healthy.

I think tomato is good for skin. Not only do tomatoes taste great but they also keep the skin healthy. It is necessary to consume tomatoes as they have lycopene, which is an antioxidant and hence works as a sunscreen from within. These antioxidants make tomato an anti-aging product as they help in fighting cellular damage and reddening of skin. It is recommended to have at least 16 milligrams of lycopene per day as they reduce the number of free radicals in the body and also help to retain the moisture in people who are used to sitting in air-conditioned environs.

For me, I think every kinds of fruit and pure water are good for skin.
I don't like to eat vegetable so I have to eat a lot of fruit.
Fruit has many vitamins and pure water has many essential minerals.
