Eggs are a great source of protein.
Numerous vitamins, including vitamin A, potassium and many B vitamins like folic acid,
choline and biotin, are also packed into this oval-shaped staple.
In fact, very few foods share the same diverse nutrient makeup available in a single egg.

An egg is an excellent source of fats, proteins and vitamins. This fact is supported when you think about how vital it is for a fertilized egg to successfully feed a chick until the time comes for it to hatch. A typical egg possesses more than 6 grams of protein and around 212 milligrams of cholesterol. While this is not necessarily excessive, since your total daily intake of cholesterol is recommended to be 300 milligrams, it is a lot of cholesterol in just one helping. Still, it is thought today that the amount of cholesterol in your diet does not contribute as much to blood cholesterol as it was once believed.

Because egg is full of nutrients, equal eating
meat, so we should eat egg everyday.
For people who have high cholesterol, should avoid
eating yolk sac of egg.
Anyway, although the egg is expensive, I still eat ut because
it can cook many menus.

Take in essential minerals

I love eating eggs very much.
I love it taste especially when it's boiled.
And these are why we choose eat more egg.
- Nine Essential Amino Acids= Eggs are known as the perfect food as they contain all 9 of the essential amino acids.
- Great Source of Protein= Eggs are a great source of protein, one egg contains 6 grams of protein.

Eggs contain a beneficial blend of omega-3 fatty acids, zinc,

Egg is very chap but it contain a lot of nutrients.
There are protein, vitamin, fat carbohydrate in egg.
I often eat egg because it is very easy to cook in my dormitory.
The menu that I like to do is omelet.
I think egg is the food that can save my money.
I buy 4 eggs in 20 bath that I can save my money to buy other food.

I love egg so much.
I have been eating egg since I was a baby.
My grandmother told me that when I was young I had six eggs per day and six boxes of milk.
I think I ate a lot.
Now I still eat a lot of egg per week.
I don't know why we should eat egg.
I know that it is simple to cook egg and I love eating it.
I'm an egg lover.

Egg is wonderful food for me. ^^ It really easy to cook and it can cook in various kinds of menu. And egg have a lots of benefit for our health too. They are.....

-Eggs promote healthy hair and nails because of their high sulphur content and wide array of vitamins and minerals. Many people find their hair growing faster after adding eggs to their diet, especially if they were previously deficient in foods containing sulphur or B12.
-They are a good source of choline. One egg yolk has about 300 micrograms of choline. Choline is an important nutrient that helps regulate the brain, nervous system, and cardiovascular system.

They are a good source of protein,
and contain good amounts of healthy cholesterol.
The trick with eggs is to not eat too many too often.
2 to 6 eggs a week is more than enough as part of a healthy diet.
Eggs are at their healthiest raw or only slightly cooked.
Try having soft boiled eggs for breakfast(you should be able
to cut the top off and dip your toast into the runny yoke.)
You can also have an egg nogg 1 Egg, in a glass,
half a teaspoon of sugar, a half to one teaspoon of vanilla essence,
and then fill the glass with low fat milk,
whisk until a light froth appears on the top.
Then enjoy. (if someone gave you this and did not tell you
there was egg in it then you would not know from the taste.)
I like eggs.

Because of egg have many benefit.Eggs are a well known rich source of protein — an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. The body uses protein to build and repair tissues as well as making enzymes, hormones and other body chemicals. Unfortunately, unlike fat and carbohydrates, the body does not store protein, and therefore has no reservoir to draw on when it needs a new supply. Thus eggs are the perfect sources and a smart food choice for those who reduce their intake of carbohydrates in a bit to lose excess weight.
