Increase activity levels can health lose weight.
Someone who increases the amount they exercise, but maintains the same diet and calorie intake,
will almost certainly lose weight.
No matter if you hate gyms – even light exercise, such as a short 20 minute walk,
will be beneficial if done most days of the week.
Every single time you exercise more than usual, you burn calories and fat.
There are lots of ways to increase the amount of activity you do.
Team sports, racket sports, aerobics classes, running, walking, swimming and cycling will all improve your fitness levels.

Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, especially if you feel like snacking or for dessert.
Note that some plants such as corns, avocado, banana, coconut,
contain much higher calories than others.
You don't need to avoid all the high calories plants
but just don't think you can eat them as much as you want.

Two best way to lose weight in the healthy way are exercise and eat properly.
As we known that exercise can burn energy and fat so if we exercise regularly (15-30 minutes/ 3-4 times a week), you able to get the firm body. I bet !
Eating well is important for your body too. If you are dieting you must eat more fiber food group such as vegetables and fruit.

Eat a healthy breakfast every morning.
Stop counting calories and eat foods that nourish your body.
Always have some veggies and fruit washed and cut in your fridge.
Increase your activity levels.
Talk positively to yourself and quiet your inner critic.

On my way, I have three tricks to lose weight and to have the good health.
One; drink water at least one litter per day.
Two; eat a lot of vegetable
Three; do exercise at least thirty minutes three days a week.
I just follow these ways I can have the good health
