When I get angry at someone, I always use the following methods.
1. Take deep breaths
2. Think about all the good things that happen in your life
3. It's OKAY to cry. Bring the tissues if you need it, but a pillow is just fine.
4. If you want you can go out for a walk
5. Talk to someone about it. I don't feel right when I talk to a counselor
6. Eating is not the cure for every one. Trust me, I had to lose 10 pounds to get back in shape
7. Go shopping and buy some cool things
8. Do the thing you love to do by your self
9. Get a notebook or a diary makes no difference and right out your feelings

When I feel angry someone, I'll do.....
-count 1-10
-keep calm my mind.
-listen to classical or acoustic music.
-write the feeling in diary.
-go shopping.
-find some dessert to eat.
-talk with someone.
-stay alone and think of the cause that why I angry.

- Self-control is all about thinking before you act. It puts some precious seconds or minutes between feeling a strong emotion and taking an action you'll regret.
Together, self-awareness and self-control allow you to have more choice about how to act when you're feeling an intense emotion like anger.
