Water is an essential component required for the effective working of our body
since body parts including our brain and the various tissues are mostly composed of water.
Considering this, water can significantly improve our ability to think and make us energetic too.
Water helps to relieve headaches and back pain.
Although there are many reasons that contribute to headaches,
dehydration is one of the most common ones.
Drinking plenty of water helps fight against the flu and other ailments like kidney stones.

Water is an important liquid for our body.
You can never imagine just by drinking a healthy amount of water, you gain tremendous health benefits, and sometimes you can even throw away your migraine medicine or pain killer.
-Lose weight: Drinking water helps you lose weight because it flushes down the by-products of fat breakdown. Drinking water reduces hunger, it’s an effective appetite suppressant so you’ll eat less. Plus, water has zero calories.

Drinking plenty of water hydrates your skin, keeps it supple and eliminates wrinkles. What you may not know is that skin lotions and creams cannot effectively hydrate your skin when compared to water. If you take sufficient amounts of water, the cells in your body benefit by having enough oxygen. This is helpful because they are able to work for long and harder before they get tired. Over time, you are able to build your muscles and tone them.

Water helps regulate our body temperature through perspiration, which dissipates
excess heat & cools our bodies. We even need water to breathe! As we take in
oxygen & excrete CO2, our lungs must be moistened by water. We lose about 1
to 2 pints of water each day just exhaling. The actively growing blood cells in the
bone marrow take priority over the cartilage for the available water that goes
through the bone structure. Brain tissue is 85% water. Although the brain is only
1/50th of the body weight, it uses 1/20th of the blood supply. With dehydration,
the level of energy generation in the brain is decreased. Depression & chronic
fatigue syndrome are frequently results of dehydration.

Water is the main component of human body. The amount of water you consume everyday plays an extremely important role in maintaining a healthy body.Water keeps the body well hydrated which promotes healthier and younger looking skin. This happens because water helps to replenish skin tissues, moisturizes skin and increases the elasticity in your skin. When the body gets enough water, your skin will feel moisturized and it will look fresh, soft, glowing and smooth. Also your skin will not suffer from soft lines, scars, acne, wrinkles or other aging symptoms. In case of headache and migraine problem, the first thing that you can do to get some comfort is to drink plenty of water. In most cases, the main reason behind headaches and migraines is dehydration. So, when you drink water the body becomes hydrated and soon the problem of headache and migraine get resolved.

The advantages of drinking water heavily outweigh the disadvantages.
Water helps cleanse the body and keeps it hydrated.
It helps breakdown salts and also acts as a filler.
Drinking a glass of water before a meal helps you to feel more full and consume less.
A disadvantage is that not all tap water is safe to drink.
City water contains chemicals and well water is easily contaminated.
Water is also plain in taste and the cost of flavoring it does get expensive.

In my opinion Water is the most important thing for our life. Human can't live without drinking water. Water have a lots of benefit for our help and I will share some of them to all of you.

-Brain tissue is 85% water. Although the brain is only 1/50th of the body weight, it uses 1/20th of the blood supply. With dehydration, the level of energy generation in the brain is decreased. Depression & chronic fatigue syndrome are frequently results of dehydration.
-Migraine headaches may be an indicator of critical body temperature regulation at times of "heat stress." Dehydration plays a major role in bringing on migraines. Dehydration causes stress & stress causes further dehydration.
-Drinking Water Keeps You Young. Drinking plenty of water is great for your skin. If you don't drink enough water, you'll suffer from dry skin, and you'll be likely to use more creams and lotions to moisturize. However, creams and lotions don't strike at the root of the problem. Drinking plenty of water keeps your skin moisturized and reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
-Drinking Water Makes You Smarter. Drinking water can increase your cognitive function. Your brain needs a lot of oxygen in order to function at optimum levels. Drinking plenty of water ensures that your brain gets all the oxygen it needs. Drinking eight to ten cups of water per day can improve your levels of cognitive performance by as much as 30%!

Drinking plenty of water also supports nerve function. It ensures that your body's electrolyte levels remain high enough to allow your nerves to relay messages to and from the brain in the way they were meant to.

It helps clear acne and can help you keep a fit figure and flat stomach.
It improves circulation and heart health. The blood is approximately 85
to 95 percent water—or at least it should be.
When a person is chronically dehydrated, the blood gets thick and sticky,
making it more prone to blood clots and poor circulation.
Water also helps remove toxins and fatty deposits from the arteries,
which reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes.

Water is the main component of human body. In fact, the human body is composed of 55% to 78% of water depending on body size. Adequate and regular water consumption has a lot of health benefits as it has no calories, no fat, no carbohydrates, no sugar. The amount of water you consume everyday plays an extremely important role in maintaining a healthy body.
All health experts recommend drinking at least eight to ten glasses of water a day in order to maintain good health. Human body needs water to function properly as almost every cell present in the body needs water. Also water helps to keep the body well hydrated which is very essential to for a healthy body.
