Where is the best place for travel in the winter?

I think the best place for travel in the winter is Phu kra Dueng because it's wonderful sequence in this reason and it was very beautiful in winter, many traveler like to camping there look forward for the sunrise in eary morning.
I want to go there.

The north of Thailand is the best place to travel in the winter.
The north of Thailand surround with mountains so when winter
come it will cover by fog. The weather become colder and you can
breathe fresh air.
