If you want to diet ,protein is the best one you need.Proteins are the building blocks of life. The body needs protein to repair and maintain itself. The basic structure of protein is a chain of amino acids.Every cell in the human body contains protein. It is a major part of the skin, muscles, organs, and glands. Protein is also found in all body fluids, except bile and urine.You need protein in your diet to help your body repair cells and make new ones. Protein is also important for growth and development during childhood, adolescence, and pregnancy.

The importance of protein intake for humans has been known for a very long time. Without it you would lack the building blocks needed for all tissue repair, critical enzymes and hormones you need for all of your metabolic functions, and antibodies that help your body defend against infections. Proteins are vital to all living processes and undertake a wide range of functions quintessential to sustain life. Thus, proteins are one of the most important nutrients required by your body and must be consumed in adequate quantity and quality in your diet.

Protein helps regulate appetite and cravings by enhancing the feeling of fullness for longer after a meal or snack. Your protein needs are determined by lean body mass, not calories, so as calories are decreased on a weight loss plan, protein intake should stay the same, or possibly even increase in order to preserve muscle.

Proteins include virtually all hormones such as insulin and progesterone. Hemoglobin, a blood protein, carries oxygen to the cells. Heat shock proteins help rebuild our cells after stress. Transferrin and other transport proteins bind to minerals and carry them through the body. Muscle protein is responsible for our ability to move. Proteins such as RNA and DNA in the nuclei of our cells are responsible for the genetic code.
Proteins are also essential for the body structure. Bone forms in a protein matrix. Other structural proteins include collagen, cartilage, elastin and keratin that forms the skin.

Protein is an essential part of the dietary needs of humans. The reason is that it fulfils a variety of important functions in the body. It is necessary for growth, maintenance and repair of cells and for the production of enzymes and hormones.

Furthermore, proteins are the main components of muscle tissue and are vital to the internal organs, bones, skin and the transmission of impulses through the nerves.

Protein is the important nutrient that really useful for our body. ^^

Proteins are indispensable for growth and maintenance of every kind of cell in our body. Body development, replenishment of lost blood, healing of wounds and scars, replacement of dead cells, and hair and nail growth need proteins. Proteins in the form of enzymes, hormones and antibodies promote healthy metabolic and physiological processes, and boost our nervous and immunity systems. In situations when fat and carbohydrate food sources are not providing adequate calories, proteins are degraded to generate the calories our body needs.

Strong muscles help protect bones from conditions like osteoporosis, and eating enough protein protects against progressive muscle loss with age. Dietary protein is known to stimulate growth factors that strengthen bone and muscle, as well as increase calcium absorption. In older adults, more than the current Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) may be better, as senior adults require more protein to build and maintain muscle than do younger people.
