For me, I have some tips for you .
1. Improve your time management and organization skills.
Of the many things you can to in this area the best ones include getting a to do list that works,
learning to say "no", asking for help when you need it, and stop setting unrealistic goals for yourself.
2. Relax and breathe deeply.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by the amount or work you have to do or if someone is "in your
face", a good thing to do is to "breathe through your nose". You can't get as worked up if you force
yourself to breathe through your nose.
3. Take more breaks from your work.
Even a five-minute break will help. Get away from your desk. Go for a walk - outside is better, but up
twoflights of stairs and back down is good too. Getting more exercise in general will help you reduce your
overall stress levels and that will make it easier to reduce your stress level at work.
4. Fix your environment.
Make whatever adjustments you need to the lighting, temperature, noise level, and other controllable
factors in your office.

When I'm stress from doing my work, I will listen to the Buddha pray songs.
The pray will make my mind free and concentrate on something.
English songs also help but I prefer the pray.
Another way is to talk to someone.
This way will make me feel a lot better because I can tell someone and maybe they could solve my problem.
How about you? What will you do?

There are many ways to reduce street at work..
Improve your time management and organization skills.
Relax and breathe deeply.
Take more breaks from your work.
And my favorite ways is listen to some music that very helpful.

Your body simply can't maintain the same level of energy without that extra oxygen you get when breathing through your mouth. Take more breaks from your work.
Even a five-minute break will help. Get away from your desk. Go for a walk - outside is better, but up two flights of stairs and back down is good too. Getting more exercise in general will help you reduce your overall stress levels and that will make it easier to reduce your stress level at work.

As everyone knows that
I have a lot of activities to do
and so much homework to clear!
but I still smile!
The way to make my self happy is to smile!
and sing a song!
Try to smile and try to relax by yourself
can solve this problem!

When I get stress with my work I will..........

-stop working
-go out and walk around to relax your brain
-take a nap
-drink a glass of water to refresh your brain
-play a fun game

when I feel stressed from work I would stop working for a while.
Then I wash my face or take a bath, and sometimes immerse my
feet in the water. Drinking some sweet beverage can make me feel
better. Going outside for a walk can reduce my stressed as well.
Sometimes, I just listen to soft music and take a nap can also help
me feel good.

Nowadays, I have many activities to do.
So, sometime I got stress and headache.
When I got stress I'll listen to music.
Music can make me feel relax and get better from the stress.
The melody of music can make me feel good.
Beside that, sleep is one thing that I do.
I can help me reduce stress and get fresh when I get up.

Worrying too much about your work or the tasks that need to be done promptly primarily causes stress and fatigue in the workplace. Developing pressure from the top management also contributes a lot in our stress and fatigue. Psychologists say that fatigue is primarily caused by anxiety, illness, poor diet, or a sleep disorder. From the obvious to the extremely complex, the cause of fatigue can be as varied and intertwined as the depleted individuals experiencing its affects, and yes, almost totally avoidable.

There are actually several ways on how we could reduce and/or totally eliminate stress and fatigue in the workplace. Following these simple instructions and advices could actually help you solve your over-fatigue and stress problems.
