I like carrot that have more nutrition for health.
It is a biennial plant which grows a rosette of leaves in the spring and summer.
I like to eat so much. When I and my friends go to party eating,we like
to eat carrot specifically Suki-yaki. Carrot gets its characteristic
and bright orange colour from B-carotene, which is metabolism into vitamin A.

Asparagus is the most favorite vegetable of mine. ^^

My favorite vegetable is broccoli. It is also rich in vitamin A, iron, vitamin K,
B-complex vitamins, zinc, phosphorus and phyto-nutrients.
I love it every-way I can cook it

My favorite vegetable is lettuce because it has many benefits for my health. Lettuce contains high quantities of vitamins, especially vitamin C. The caloric value of lettuce is low but its high nutritional content makes it a healthy food for us. Lettuce has rich contents of mineral salts especially the alkaline elements. These help to reduce the acidity caused by heavy foods and body acids. It also helps in purification of blood, makes the mind alert and improves the general health of the body. Lettuce used for eating purposes should be fresh green-leaved. Greener the color of the leaves, higher is the content of vitamins and chlorophyll present in it. Lettuce has many medicinal and other benefits to humans.
