Self-discipline involves acting according to what you think instead of how you feel in the moment. Often it involves sacrificing the pleasure and thrill of the moment for what matters most in life. Therefore it is self-discipline that drives you to:
-Work on an idea or project after the initial rush of enthusiasm has faded away
-Go to the gym when all you want to do is lie on the couch and watch TV
-Wake early to work on yourself
-Say “no” when tempted to break your diet
-Only check your email a few of times per day at particular times

Relaxing is my best way to build my self-discipline. Part of self-control is learning how to relax and to ease the tension. Serve for the different methods of relaxing your body and mind and decide which best suits you such as considering meditation. Meditation is all about discipline, and the point of it is to discipline your mind to such a state where it remains clear, while positive energy flows through you. You're meant to not anchor yourself to specific thoughts. Practicing meditation may give you a sense of renewed self-disciple, concentration, and happiness.

Make a list of the positives and negatives in your life. Write down a list of which areas of your life are suffering and which are prospering. Focus on the essentials in order to keep the list brief.
Take a look at the areas you suck with. Brainstorm ways to deal with them. If you are failing all of your classes in school, you might need to study! If you are gaining weight at an alarming rate, you may need to sacrifice a few candy bars. Think of causes and solutions to every problem that you write down.
Recognize that you are not the only one with this problem. People often refer to poor self-control when they have problems with diet, exercise, work or study habits, addictions, and emotional behavior. These are all parts of life that many people find difficulty regulating.

Now, I am a one person who try to
build self-dicipline. I try to do my rutine by managing my time that
should suitable for do many activities.
I try to go to do my homework early date line that it is not the last night before date line. If I can do it can help
me go to bed early in every night bring me to get up early. These support me
to good healty.

Discipline means behaving according to what you have decided is best,
regardless of how you feel in the moment. Therefore the first trait of
discipline is self-knowledge. You need to decide what behavior best
reflects your goals and values. This process requires introspection and self-analysis,
is most effective when tied to written expression. I highly recommend taking
the time to write out your goals, dreams and ambitions.
Even better, write out a personal mission statement. I found that writing
such a statement gave me a greater understanding of who I am,
what I am about and what I value.

One of the best methods for building self-discipline is to simply get started. Often, the hardest part about doing something that you do not want to do is the fact that you have no momentum. It may seem like a daunting task. Run with the motto of ‘just do it’. Take the first step, simply ‘force’ yourself to take action. It will feel uneasy at first, but once you get the momentum going you will most likely start to feel the flow and build your self-discipline.

Self-discipline depends upon conscious awareness as to both what you are doing and
what you are not doing. As you begin to build self-discipline, you may catch yourself
being in the act of being undisciplined – e.g. biting your nails, avoiding the gym, eating
a piece of cake or checking your email constantly. Developing self-discipline takes time,
and the key here is you are aware of your undisciplined behavior. With time this awareness
will come earlier, meaning rather than catching yourself in the act of being undisciplined you
will have awareness before you act in this way. This gives you the opportunity to make a
decision that is in better alignment with your goals and values.
