For me, Every above comment is absolutely correct. You can be sad, but you have the power to change your perspective of your situation. You should take a proactive step to deciding that you want to be happy, then do things that you like to do. Reading, listening to music, watching TV, socializing, etc.

    

My family is the best choice that I think of when I feel sad.
I always talk to my mother about what happened with me.
She always advice me how to solve the problems.
Sometimes, I will talk with my closed friend, It can make me feel better.
