How do you deal with a lazy co-worker?

There are basically three ways of dealing with a lazy coworker. These include: ignoring the situation, picking up the slack, confronting the problem head on. Ignoring the situation will merely result in personal frustration and can have a negative impact on the work of the rest of the team. While picking up the slack may eliminate the impact to the workload, it will still have a negative affect on team mates that now have to work double duty. The best way to deal with a lazy coworker is to confront the situation head on. Here are five steps on how to do just that.

To me, when I have to work with the lazy co-worker I wouldn't let their worker become my responsibility.If I have to be on the same team or share the same responsibilities with the lazy workers I won't pick up the work they aren't doing. I'll remind them all works and the deadlines as much as I can but I won't done the work for them like a babysitter.

For me I will make the rule before work.
Maybe the rule must force them to work and help everyone in the group.
When we work with other people the thing that most important is the helpfulness of the members in the group.
The project will be successful if every one help each other.
One way that we can deal with this kind of co-worker is take the fine with them.
