No, I don't want to loss the weight. Because I am thin and did very low to zero carb for a long time. Sometimes I thought I might shrivel away but I didn’t. I never dropped below my low threshold. However, when I started eating more saturated fat, like from beef, I gained just a bit more fat. As long as I eat saturated fat, I don’t get ridiculously thin.
