How do you feel when you are in front of the computer for many hours?

The first think that I feel is my eyes are painful
because I was allergic to light easily.
That are often keen eye staring at something for a long time.
And the second. I'll feel tired,
exhausted from my work with using computer.
But if I do not really work. I will break it or wear eye glasses filter
or just sleep to relax my eyes,
or find other activities to do in order to relax.
If we feel tired, but still forced to work outcomes,
it will negatively impact our own body.
But if we know to care our health,
we will work ever more effectively.
