How does Facebook Effects Relationships?

Facebook is a popular web page where anybody can create a free account, similar to an email address. The site allows anybody to add friends, post pictures, and let all their friends know what their doing on an hourly basis. The site allows all who have accounts to add friends, some who are suggested by the page itself, and keep in touch through quick, easy Internet access. But is the web site actually helping or hurting the relationships we form everyday? Facebook is the quick, easy way to keep up to date with events that happen every day. When a person “posts” something it means that they are writing anything they want for all their friends to see, from song lyrics, to what their plans are for the day, to angry outbursts with a lot of curse words associated. The posts pop on the community wall so a person doesn’t have to go to each individual’s page to see their plans. This feature is beneficial because it allows a friend to discover plans and therefore work with, or around them to be able to see or communicate with that person without having to go through to hassle of keeping in touch every hour or having to send a text to twenty of your friends about what you’re doing that day.

Facebook is certainly having a peculiar effect on relationships. You hear the scare stories of people breaking up with someone as a result of finding a dodgy photo or seeing your current partner change their status to ‘single’ as the first that you hear of it. Facebook has changed many aspects of human behavior and connectivity, but it’s also affecting relationships in ways we couldn't have predicted, providing a very modern approach to the connection with your loved one.

I believe that social media is often credited as having been more impactful on society than it actually has been. But the one aspect of life that I believe websites like Facebook and Twitter have truly revolutionized is the way in which we define our personal identities.
The evolution of how we communicate with others has been relatively continuous and easy for most people to acclimate to. We’ve gone from telegrams to letters to phone calls to faxes to e-mail to IM to text messages to Facebook with only minor turbulence along the way.Facebook does, however, provide unprecedented opportunity for us to define our identities. How we define our identities ultimately determines what type of relationships we can have, how many we have and who we have them with.

Facebook has many effects to relationships.
Lots of us use Facebook as a convenient way of receiving information about the people in our lives
we don't call every day and people we don't know that well whose lives we enjoy watching from afar.
Your college friend got engaged, Your favorite cousin is moving across the country.
I just think that people need to talk with their partners about things that are happening on Facebook.

Facebook effects relationships in both good and bad sides.
For the good sides; we can talk to our friends from everywhere although they live far from us.
We can chat on facebook anytime with them, bot only by massages but also by video.
It's good for us to have a good relationship with our friends.
We can have many new friends around the world from facebook.
For the bad sides, as we can know many people around the world,
if those people are robbers, thieves, murderers, or people who are not good.
They can know some in formation about us from facebook.
They can know our names, where we live, or where we study.
It's easy for them to do bad things. So, we have to use facebook carefully.
Don't let other people who we don't know know important information about us.
