When do you usually go to bed?

My exact time to go to bed depends upon my activities. Some day, I have a ton of work or assignment,
I don't nearly go to bed.
Maybe I have to stay overnight for work.
But I need to complete my work before 2 a.m. Another factor to go to bed is the studying schedule
of the next day.
For example, if I have a class at 8 in the morning, I need to take a rest at midnight.
At least, I have to get enough sleep about 6 hours.
That's very okay for me.
Nevertheless, sleeping late is not good for health.
It makes me feel drowsy while sitting in the class.
So I have to force myself to get enough sleep.

For me, I love to go to bed before midnight.
I try to take care of my health by go to sleep
ealier. Now, I always go to bed after midnight.
I will try to manage my schedule to go to bed
ealier and wake up early.

For me I try to change my habit that
the last semester I always went to bed
late- after 2 am. Because I cannot manage
my time very well so I had to do homework
in time that I should sleep. I think that why I
do like this?. For sure it was bad effect for my health.
And in the during day I usually slept in classes so I
cannot concentrate at the lesson. I feel sorry to my
teachers when they saw me sleeping in class and I did not
concentrate in lesson. Now, I try to change my habit to
sleep before midnight because I would I to be a healthy
person. And I try to design my time it best to do everything.

I try to go bed early like before midnight every day now.
So I can get enough sleep and I won't be tired in the morning.
I've read some health magazine or researches showing that
going to bed early and drink lots of water helps cure the acne.
I want my acne to be cured so I think this is the most easy way
and good for my health to cure it. If I have tons of homework
to do, I will limit myself staying up until 1 in the morning to
finish it. Then go to bed and finish it later in the morning if
it's not done.

I usually go to bed after midnight. I always listen to music but sometime you know when i listen to music it makes me have feeling like the lyric of song haha so I spend a lot of time to do that. and i have many homework to manage.
And i always chat with my friends on facebook.

However, when I have a lot of work to finish that day,
I often go to be late.
Certainly, I feel asleep, I keep doing my work.
Sometimes, I can't bear anymore, so I plan
to wake up early to do my work.
However, it's not complete for me.
I can't control my mind to wake up early.

I think that time is quite late to sleep but I cannot avoid to do homework, watch interesting news or videos, listen to the music and read a book every day.
I often go to bed late than this time but it makes me wake up late.

For me,I usually go to bed around midnight or 1 a.m. because I do my homework
and daily routine.I sometimes can't sleep because of insomnia.when I am in classroom
I am sleepy and feel drowsy.Therefor, I have to get enough sleep.

At around two a.m., I usually go to bed.
Although I have a lot of homework or assignments to do,
I manage the time to go to bed by two c'clock. I have to sleep at least
five hours and get up at seven o'clock in the morning. If I sleep less than
five hours at night, I will become drowsy at the day.
