I like to eat it as salad.

Yes, I do. I do like eating this kind of fruit very much. There are many tips to make yummy mango menus but the mango float is the one I like the most. If you have a couple of mangoes, graham crackers and condensed milk or sweetened creamer, you are ready for this. Mango Floats are easy to make. They are delicious, too! Why not try?
1. Prepare the bowl and then combine the cream and condensed milk. Chill it for about 30 minute then mix it with electric mixer to double the size of the ingredients.
2. Slice the mangoes into thin and small slices. Put a layer of graham crackers at the bottom and spread a layer of the cream.
3. Put a layer of mango slices. Repeat the last three steps up to the desired thickness then add a final layer of cream.
4. Crush graham crackers and put them on the top. Put it in the freezer or refrigerator.
5. Make sure it is cold when served and enjoy eating. That's it!

Yes, I like green mangoes than ripe mangoes. I love to eat green mango when I have feel sleepy that make me feel better. For ripe mangoes, I always eat it with sticky rice (I brought sugar and coconut milk and sticky rice mix together), I think many people love this dish like me.
