| I always follow the Buddhism way to make my mind and also my brain relax. During we do the meditation, we actively make time to silence the mind and bring to the fore a real feeling of relaxation. Meditation helps because we learn to control the relentless flow of thoughts. During meditation, the aim is to keep the mind still; this brings clarity and inner peace. This is the best type of relaxation because we become free from the relentless worries and anxieties of our own making. | Everyone has their own style to relax themselves. For me, I have many ways to relax myself. First of all, I need enough sleep. This is the best way for me to relax myself. When I feel bad, or stressed, or depressed, I would find some things to do like take a walk, take a bath, listen to music, watching movies, and sing out loud. These are my ways to relax myself.

| I relax myself by listening to soothing music. I also love watching disney animated movies. They are made of kids. So it should be simple to understand. It relaxes me because I enjoy their animation and music and the story. Another way is I disconnect from people, phone, all the media. And I just lay on my comfy bed listening to music or play games. The last choice I will do to relax is eating, especially eating sweets. I'm a sweet lover. I love candy and ice cream. The sweet taste keeps me in peace and happy. I try to avoid eating when I'm stressed now because I've gained lots of weight recently.

You experience constant body tension, including headaches, neck aches, back aches, and general soreness. You're often irritable, short-tempered, and perhaps unable to focus on completing tasks. Trivial things set you off easily. You feel as if you have too much going on and that you can't hop off the merry-go-round. Your sleep is a battlefield and you wake up feeling less rested rather than refreshed. Insomnia has become your norm rather than an unusual event. You're eating too much or too little. Or, you are choosing unhealthy food options. You can't remember the last time you had a good laugh and your sense of humor is sadly lacking.

| For me, I will listen to music. When I listen to music, I am happy and relax. I really like music. When I upset or worry about something ,I always listen to music .I favorite pop and rock music. The Music is my best friend. When I do my homework in my room I will listen to music too. I often lay in my bed and sing along with my favorite music. I am very happy.

| I like to drawing and watching cartoon. I think drawing can let my feeling in the picture that I draw. If I feel sad the line will look like dark and deep like my feeling. If I feel happy everything in the picture will look like fun and clear. For watching cartoon, when I feel tired from my study or my work, I will give my time to watch my favorite cartoons. I can laugh and smile along watching. I like the story in cartoon and I like character of some cartoon. I think they look like me. I feel really relax when I do these two things.

| - Pause what you are doing and take a few deep breaths.
- Slack in your computer chair for a while.
- If that doesn't work, get out and get some fresh air! Almost nothing can be more relaxing.
- If that still doesn't work, get a hot drink, find your favorite book, and curl up in your good chair.
