| Exactly, there are many benefits of exercise. First, exercise can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss. When you engage in physical activities, you burn calories. The more intense the activity, the more calories you burn. Second, physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed. You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem. Third, regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength and boost your endurance. Exercise and physical activity deliver oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and help your cardiovascular system work more efficiently and effectively.

| I have heard that exercise can increase a chances of living longer. The science shows that physical activity can reduce your risk of dying early from the leading causes of death, like heart disease and some cancers. This is remarkable in two ways: 1. Only a few lifestyle choices have as large an impact on your health as physical activity. People who are physically active for about 7 hours a week have a 40 percent lower risk of dying early than those who are active for less than 30 minutes a week. 2. You don't have to do high amounts of activity or vigorous-intensity activity to reduce your risk of premature death. | In my opinion, to exercise is very useful. Exercise has a lot of benefits such as - exercise controls weight. - exercise improves mood. - exercise promotes better sleep. So, we should do the exercise 3 times/week. After that, you will become a healthy person.

| I think exercise can bring us to be healthy. Exercise is the activity that our body can move and burn calories. It is the good way to make us stronger. Exercise is very funny. When we do the exercise our body will run hormone named Endorphin that it is happy hormone so we will feel happy while we are doing exercise. I think exercise is very good activity, we can do for ourselves. We can do the exercise everywhere you just only move your body it mean you are doing the exercise.

| There are many benefits of exercise. You will be a healthy person if you do exercise. You can control your weigh by exercise. If you are healthy it's mean you will be happy person too. Exercise is good for a person who want to diet.

| There are soooo many benefits of exercise. I think exercise reduces my feelings of depression and anxiety, helps control my weight, helps build and maintain healthy bones, muscles, and joints, helps me become stronger and better able to move about without falling, keeps my psychological well-being, keeps me healthy and young, keeps me away from any sickness and keeps me fit. I like to exercise but I hardly do it because my laziness stops me from exercise. I would recommend you all to exercise for your own sake.
