How do you describe happiness ?

Happiness is something everyone wants to have. You may be successful and have a lot of money, but without happiness it will be meaningless. For me, happiness is being of good emotion.
    
There are lots of levels of happiness.
I hope I will reach the ultimate happiness that is peacefulness
when we can separate our thought from our mind.
I think happiness is favorite feeling that people love to occupy it.
But please remember that whenever you are very happy,
when you feel sad, you will very sad as well. So, don't too infatuated.

It is something to be felt, to be experienced. If you are looking for a definition,

Some people describe happiness as the feeling you experience when you realize that everything is exactly as it should be, some define it as the state of feeling that you experience after reaching your goals while others define it as a having inner peace. Happiness can be any action, such as liking a toy may bring happiness to a child. So he'll want that toy. Food makes us happy because we can live on and do stuff thus helping with survival.

I wonder what real happiness is? When I walk my dog am I happy?
When I listened to music am I happy? Possibly just content.
Sometimes I'm not sad but not happy either, just somewhere in between.
I have not laughed out loud for many many years.
I hear other people do it and it really bugs me, I don't want to hear the laughter.
Why don't I want to hear it? I don't know.
Maybe because I have been incapble of laughing for so long.
