What will you do if you are tired of work?

Exactly, if I feel so burnt out from doing lots of work.
I have to manage to make me relaxed.
There are many ways to reduce stress out, such as watching TV, listening easy listening musics, surfing the internet.
Maybe if I feel so stressful, I have got a headache.
I avoid taking medicine, but I will take a rest for a while.
It helps me get better.

I will have a glass of water to get fresh and play computer games.
Sometimes I listen to music or watch my favorite movies.
I will clear my brain and relax myself.

But it should be a relaxing trip not adventurous one.
Because, I got sick from works, so it's reasonable to join the relaxing trip not to...climbing mountains or something else.

I will take a break and do something I enjoy like listening to music,
playing games, sleeping, eating, or drawing.
Then I will get back to my work. If it doesn't work, giving a call
to my family will help. They always cheer me up and encourage me
to get through the hard or stressful time with work and school.

Sometimes, I'll go to the park to do the exercise and listen to the music while I'm jogging.
