How often do you use telephone per week?

I use it every day in these way;
-I use it to be my alarm clock.
-I use it to call my friends, my parents
-I use it to send the messages
-I use it to remind the thing that I have to do
-I use it to take some pictures and listen to the songs

I think I use telephone everyday in week.
Telephone is very necessary thing for me.
I use it to contact with my parents, my friend, my teacher.
Beside contact people, I use mobile phone in other thing.
Such as surf the internet, find vocabulary, take a picture or play game.
On the other hand, set alarm clock is one thing that I use with my phone.
I think telephone is very important thing in my life that I use frequently.

I phone to my mother once an hour, or sometimes she calls me instead.
I have a lot of things to talk with her and do not want to make her lonely.

and playing some mobile-phone games. Two of them very much relax me from my study and work.

I use mobile phone every day because I have to call my parents, my friend and other people. I call my mother every day. Sometime, I call them a short time, but sometime I call them very long time. For my friends, I will call them every day because I have to talk about work.
