-You will be happy when you do exercise because you can release the stress
-You will be healthy because your metabolism is operated
-You will be slim because you burn your fat to be energy

When I exercise I get more and more healthy.
Because I am a one person who be allergic to weather.
If I exercise can help me better from allergic.
It's my wish to be a good healthy. And as you know
that good health is not for sale if you would like
to have to be done.

Exercising causes the body to produce endorphins, chemicals that
can help a person to feel more peaceful and happy.
Exercise can help some people sleep better.
It can also help some people who have mild depression and low self-esteem.
Plus, exercise can give people a real sense of accomplishment and
pride at having achieved a certain goal

I have got these things from getting an exercise.
Few things are more stressful than illness.
Many forms of exercise reduce stress directly, and by preventing bodily illness, exercise has extra benefits for the mind. Regular physical activity will lower your blood pressure,
improve your cholesterol, and reduce your blood sugar.
Exercise cuts the risk of heart attack, stroke, diabetes, colon and breast cancers,
osteoporosis and fractures, obesity, depression, and even dementia (memory loss).
Exercise slows the aging process, increases energy, and prolongs life.

Exactly, it makes me more energetic and sleep very well.
I feel like Endorphin releasing when I do exercise, so it makes me happy.
Even little things, I laugh easily. haha
I like to swim because it can exercise all parts of my body.
I plan to do yoga in the morning to make my body more stronger.

Of course "Healthy"
Exercise is a good activity to do. We should exercise at least 3 times a week.
I rarely work out because of the time but if I'm free I will work out with my friends.
I love walking in the park and swimming.
It makes me feel better when I'm down or sick.
There are many kinds of interesting activities I want to do such as skiing, riding a bike,etc.
Now I'm planning to lose my weight and I have to work out.

I will feel better and fresh after doing the exercise.
After doing it for many times, I will get a good health.
I can be slimmer and stronger than I used to be.
I won't be sick easily because I have a good health.
I also can lose my weight because I take out some energy from what I eat.
Doing the exercise is really good for me and everyone.
