Normally, I go to bed around nearly but I change to go to bed before 4 Pm
and wake up around 3 am in the morning.
The researchers say that we have to sleep, especially 11 pm-2 am.
That time is very important for our body in taking a rest and fix the cells.
If we go to bed after this time many times, our body will get old and fatigue easily.
