Eat only fruits and vegetables for 7 days. Fruits and vegetables contain the vitamins,
minerals, and other nutrients your body needs to stay healthy. Be sure to eat a diverse
combination of produce to ensure that you are getting the proper nutrients. Use the following
guide to determine what to eat during your fast:Get fiber from kidney beans, black beans,
apples,soybeans, blueberries, and artichokes.Get potassium from carrots, bananas, lima beans,
white potatoes, cooked greens, and sweet potatoes.Get Vitamin C from kiwis, strawberries, kale,
cauliflower, tomatoes, oranges, Brussels sprouts, mangoes, and bell peppers.

Here are some healthy tips to cleanse and detoxify your body:

1. Organic: This tops the list because you can't be effective or efficient at removing toxins from the body when you are putting them right back in.

2. Greens/Greens Powders: Greens top your list during a cleanse. Daily and several times daily, greens will help to remove toxins, provide energy, and alkalinize your lower digestive system.

3. Lemons: These play a key role in cleansing and purifying the system.

4. Hydration: True hydration is more than water. That said, you need adequate water: half your body weight in pounds gives you the minimum ounces of water. You need potassium too to get the water into the cells -- so choose plain coconut water as an ideal source.

5. Fiber: The right fibers like chia and flaxseeds, psyllium, rice and oat bran among others will help to pick up the toxins from your digestive tract and remove them from the body.

Water is part of every metabolic process in the body, and adequate water
intake also helps keep the balance of body salts normal. Natural thirst should
always be addressed. And remember that fruits and vegetables are almost all
water, so 5-7 servings can boost your natural water intake. And the best way
to tell if your water intake is adequate is to check the color of your urine. Pale
yellow is the goal. If it’s any darker than that, drink a glass of water or two.
Aim for seven to nine hours every night. Adequate sleep supports and maintains
a healthy brain. Recent studies continue to support the connection between
amount of sleep and cognitive function.
