| If you get enough sleep, when you wake up, you will feel fresh. You will be ready to learn better because you feel good. Your face will be looked well because you have enough oxygen. Here are some of the benefits of getting enough sleep: When we sleep your cells get repaired. This is when protein is generated and made. Protein is responsible for the repair of your body in which parts have been damaged during the day's activity. Your body take in toxins from various activities so when you sleep your body's processes becomes slower and will allow your body to rejuvenate and cope better. It also increases the production of human growth hormone that keeps your body refresh itself and repair muscular and tissue damage. Good sleep will help you release stress and reduce your cortisol levels. This will help eliminate anxiety and prevent future heart problems.
