How to be better in English speaking skill?

I search for this method to improved my speaking skill. You have to do follow the tips.
Practise where you can, when you can. Any practice is good, whether you speak to someone who is a native English speaker or not.It's important to build your confidence. If possible, use simple English sentence structure that you know is correct, so that you can concentrate on getting your message across.

Try to experiment with the English you know. Use words and phrases you know in new situations. Native English speakers are more likely to correct you if you use the wrong word than if you use the wrong grammar.
Try to respond to what people say to you. You can often get clues to what people think by looking at their body language. Respond to them in a natural way.

Try not to translate into and from your own language. This takes too much time and will make you more hesitant.
If you forget a word, do what native English speakers do all the time, and say things that 'fill' the conversation. This is better than keeping completely silent. Try using um, or er, if you forget the word.

Don't speak too fast! It's important to use a natural rhythm when speaking English, but if you speak too fast it will be difficult for people to understand you.

For me, in order to become a good English speaker, remember to focus on actually conversing rather than just memorizing grammatical rules. I Also remember to LISTEN! Sometimes, we can begin to understand other people before actually being able to speak fluently our self.

Read English constantly, whether it is books like Harry Potter or non-fiction, scholarly works.
Watch English television, such as news programs.
Do not have subtitles when watching TV series or movies.
Read aloud in order to build both your written and spoken vocabulary.
Communicate as much as possible in English.

Listen skill is the best skill that come with speaking skill.
And try to speak out that will help you good at in English.
Think of the past that you learn Thai.

I think I have many ways to amend my English speaking skill.
The following means I am doing right now.
Talking to actual native speakers is the most effective way to improve my English skills,
speaking or otherwise. So whether I have to Skype them, call them, or beg them to speak to me,
do so. My progress will be faster this way than any other.
Record my voice. Though we hear ourselves all the time, we really don't know quite what we sound like. So record yourself! What are the weak and strong points you hear in your speech? And then you can concentrate on what you need to work on.

Label things in your house. Grab that pad of Post-Its you have laying around that you rarely ever use and start labeling the things around you. Even if you already know the simple stuff, do it anyway. Just thinking of these things in English before you think of it in your native tongue will get you thinking faster and when it takes less effort, you'll feel the progress you're making. Keep a notebook. As you go about your day, there's bound to be English words that you run into that you don't fully understand. This is when you whip out your handy dandy notebook! Scribble down the word and then when you go home, you can look it up. Instead of thinking, "Gosh, what was that word I saw on the menu at the cafe?" you'll flip right to the page and learn a new word!
