Why do you think body language is important?

In my opinion the body language is primarily controlled by the subconscious mind of every individual, so it can actually reveal if there’s difference in what you are saying and what you are actually thinking. However, like everything else you can control you body language and practice it to make sure that your words are in accordance with the body language at all times.When you are communicating with someone your facial expressions and eye movements can play a very important role in conveying your personal feelings. For instance if you are heading a meeting and you concentrate your attention only one or two people, the others will get bored and their attention will not be focused on you for long. So it is extremely important to make sure that you have the appropriate body language that can help you in conveying the right message.

I think body language is very important. ^^
Because when we have some feeling that we can't explain with the word. We can tell it out by using our body language. Body language is the best way to tell something that really emotional and important. My favorite body language is hugging. When I feel upset I will hug someone who really mean to me such as my parents, my friends and my beloved. It can release my sadness. ^__^

Body language is a part of communication that very few actually study yet it makes up most of what we use to communicate and is generally much more accurate a judge of meaning than are the words we use. Body language tells the audience more about the character your portraying than the words you say or the tone in which you say them.
