Strength training builds muscle mass, prevents muscle loss and helps fat loss. The Squat & Deadlift work best to build strength.Eat Healthy. As the saying goes “abs are built in the kitchen”. You can train hard & build muscular abs, but if you eat junk food all day, you won’t lose your belly fat. Stop eating processed food. Eat whole, unprocessed foods.Lower Your Body Fat. As a man, your belly is the last place where you’ll get rid of fat. If you have man boobs and a double chin, you’ll have to lower your body fat to lose your belly fat. Stay Motivated. Looking at your belly or in the mirror gives you inaccurate feedback. What you see is influenced by food intake, water retention, light and your own perception. Self-image issues can make the last one tricky.

| In my way, I will following these steps - Do a lot of exercise. - Eat a lot of vegetable and fruit. - Avoiding any kind of junk food. - Have a good rest and sleep well. - Avoiding carbohydrate and fat. - Drink a lot of water.

| Do bodyweight exercises before you do traditional crunches. Do planks, side planks, push-ups, squats and lunges every other day. Try to incorporate 30 minutes of bodyweight exercises every other day. These static and dynamic exercises burn more fat than crunches because they engage your core muscles, such as the abdominals longer and more intensely. Add in strength training with machines or free weights when your body is used to the increased exercise. Do 30 minutes of weight lifting, with abdominals flexed, 3 times per week.
