- Eat healthy: If you eat the healthy stuff (Some meat, vegetables, fruits, fish, and whole grains) then you will build muscle and get stronger bones and muscles in your whole body. And that includes your legs.
- Exercise: The more you exercise, the stronger your legs will become. Try to do exercises that move your legs well such as: walking, running, jogging, bike riding, climbing and much more. Start out small, because you know your limits.
