To keep my body slim I’m firstly:
careful with what I’m eating. I eat healthy food and avoid fattening or fast food. I eat minimum three time every day and I eat a lot of vegetables I do not eat deserts. I’m drinking a lot of water and I do not drink soft drinks, like Coke, Sprite or drinks which contains sugar.
Secondly:
I make exercises by running in the park and using my Hula-hop ring for keeping my body slim. When time permits I am going by bicycle to the village. I am walking short distances rather than using my motorbike.
