For me, I can greatly improve my health 5 ways.
The first, eat breakfast. Breakfast gives my energy for the morning.
The second, go for a walk. Walking is a good exercise, and exercise is necessary for good health.
The third, protect my skin. Use lots of moisturizer and sunscreen.
The fourth, do something to challenge my brain. For example, do a crossword puzzle or read a new book.
The last, drink eight cups of water every day. Water helps my body in many ways.
Especially, now, everyone should to take care yourself because season is changing.

Absolutely, I have to keep healthy, so I have some of the ways that I am keeping myself healthy.
To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you consume.That’s all there is to it. With the exception of sweets, eliminating one area of the food pyramid from your diet won’t replace the need to simply consume fewer calories.
Try to drink water that has been purified. Tap water often contains things like chlorine and fluoride that reduce the health benefits of drinking water.
Sleeping is also a good way to prevent overeating. A study by The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition demonstrated that men who only slept for 4 hours consumed, on average, 500 more calories than they did after sleeping for 8.
If you can follow the above things, you will definitely healthy.

There are a lots of ways to stay in good health. For me, I fallow these steps to make myself healthy.

-Get enough sleep
-Drink a lots of water per day
-Exercise as usually
-Eat good food
-Don't let yourself get stress for a long time
-Do the fun activity
-Go out with friends

- Check your weight
- Drink less
- Eat less salt and fat
- Exercise regularly
- Eat more fruit and veg
- Keep stress in check
- Improve your sleep
- Quit smoking

To keep youself healthy is very important.
There are many ways to keep myself healthy such as:
- Drinking a lot of water.
-Getting enough sleeping.
-Exercise 2-3 day aweek.
- Work and spend life happily.
- Do not remind youself with your mistake.

If you’re having trouble sleeping, try cutting out alcohol or caffeine and other such stimulants, as this can help you to nod off and get a good night’s sleep. Also, adding a few drops of lavender oil onto your pillow at night has been shown to have relaxing effects.

Normally I think of my good health everyday, because I feel bad
about my health. These days I work hard before final exam, then
I think of techniques to get good health like to get vitamin C,
to drink more water etc.

For me, I try to exercise everytime and everywhere I can.
Each time I do for more than 30 minutes.
And the easy way to be health is do not skip breakfast.
Breakfast is very important but many of us do not have it.
And the last is drinking water 6-8 glasses a day.
It helps your brain work firmly.
