What do you like to do before going to bed?

For me, before my bed time I like to talk with my friend on Facebook
or some days I usually watch television before getting to sleep.
Some days, I listen to the music.
It also can make me sleep well!

I don't know why I always love listening to music even before bed.
I know somebody would say that listen to music during the say is enough!
It's not for me! I can listen to music 24/7!

For me, there are many things that I do before going to bed
For example:
-I do love to pray before going to bed.
I bow to Budda. I bow to Dhamma. I bow to Sanga.
I bow to parents. I bow to teacher. And I thank for everyone
and apologize of them.
-I love to read before going to bed.
-I love to listen to classical music.
-And I love to think what happen on each day
and what should I do tomorrow.

I cannot go bed without doing these things.
1. I have to take a bath before going to bed.
2. I have to eat a lot to me me full, so I get sleep enough.
3. I check my Facebook and email.
4. I take some supplementary before going to bed.

I always do these things before bedtime.
I read my favourite book (one or two chapters),
listen to my favourite songs and sometimes watch some interesting videos.
I cannot miss calling my mother and spending about one hour in talking to her.
If I do not sleep well, I usually get up from the bed and do some workouts.

I often contact with my old friend.
We sometimes have good things to share and
I get more good information form them.
Moreover, I like to plan to do good things tomorrow.
I have a small book to note down plan to do tomorrow.

I like to check the news that made me know what happen
in the world in each day. Sometimes, I listen to the music
or watch a good movie before go to bed.

Before I'm going to bed I would pray for Buddha. Then I would bow 5 times to;
Buddha, Dhamma, Sanga, my parents, and my teachers. Sometimes, I would do
the meditation before going to bed in order to make up my mind in peace and
sleep well at night.
