| For me,I will ask myself that what's happen. Then think about the problem what is the cause of problem. after that I will think about the way how to solve the problem.
Dharma is one choice that can help me a lot so when you feel bad,listen to Dharma.

| Honestly, I can't manage my bad emotion now! It's quite hard to stop it while you don't know the real reason. What I want now is just the reason why the problems happen? I just want to make everythinf crystal clear! I want to cope my bad emotion with reason!

| If I have bad emotional, I will try to manage it by following these steps 1. Try meditating or try sleeping. 2. Take deep breaths. 3. Find the funniest thing that I can (Youtube has a lot of hilarious videos). 4. Try and listen to music or go over to your friend's house and talk about your issues or you can do what you love doing (for example video games, anime, Facebook, etc).

| You can take charge and control your emotions by following these simple steps.
1. Smile: Just force a smile onto your face. 2. Meditate: Close your eyes and focus on your breathing for as long as it takes you to calm down. 3. Give it a minute and a half: Repeat to yourself how you are feeling but don’t allow yourself to stray from that focus. Don’t think about what made you upset. Feel the feeling and let it go. 4. Do what you love: You’ll be generally happier and more able to cope with life’s monkey wrenches when your life is meaningful and when you are doing what you love.

There are a million different ways you can feel, but scientists have classified human emotions into a few basics that everyone can recognize: joy, acceptance, fear, surprise, sadness, disgust, anger, and anticipation Jealousy, for example, is a manifestation of fear - fear that you're not "as good" as something else, fear of being abandoned because you're not "perfect" or "the best." Know what kinds of situations cause which emotions, and be able to tell the difference between anger and fear; sometimes multiple emotions can bubble up at the same time, and the person going through the emotions might not be able to distinguish the two.

| Perhaps not. I'm old as dirt, and I've never been able to. As a result I've made way too many decisions based on how not to hurt someones feelings, not taking my own into consideration.
This has always hurt not only me, but the person I was afraid of hurting, having the opposite effect than I was hoping for. But I keep doing it!
I'm past help, but perhaps you aren't. This behavior is destructive to yourself and those you are trying to help. When people see this flaw they will play you like a fiddle. Get counseling if possible to figure out why you are this way and maybe you can control these emotions. This is serious. You are NOT normal, and your life will suffer if you can't get a handle on this.

| For me, I am always happy. I don't bring the bad thing to my brain. Even though I got bad emotion, I still smile. I will listen to music and sing then allo the bas emotion is gone. | |
