2.Hang out with people you like. You don't have to do anything specific; they will likely help take your mind off your depression.
3.Keep a "Happy Moments" journal where you record your best memories, successes, achievements, and the moments you felt great. When you feel down, read them and remember how great you are.
4.Create a mood chart, tracking your mood over a month. This helps diagnosing what may be contributing to bad moods.
