People’s mood can change all the time. When I’m in a bad mood I don’t want
to do anything or talk to anyone at all. I just want to be alone. To put myself
in the good mood, I’ll close my eyes, take a deep breath, and think of three
things in my life that I’m grateful. Then, I’ll ask myself, how does this serve
me? And I’ll turn on a feel good song. Just give to someone unconditionally,
whether it’s with your time, your love, your attention, or your money. When
you give open-heartedly to another human being it sparks something inside
that turns on the happy switch. So, you would be in a good mood almost
every time.
