| For me, I have some tips for you .
1. Improve your time management and organization skills. Of the many things you can to in this area the best ones include getting a to do list that works, learning to say "no", asking for help when you need it, and stop setting unrealistic goals for yourself. 2. Relax and breathe deeply. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by the amount or work you have to do or if someone is "in your face", a good thing to do is to "breathe through your nose". You can't get as worked up if you force yourself to breathe through your nose. Your body simply can't maintain the same level of energy without that extra oxygen you get when breathing through your mouth. 3. Take more breaks from your work. Even a five-minute break will help. Get away from your desk. Go for a walk - outside is better, but up two flights of stairs and back down is good too. Getting more exercise in general will help you reduce your overall stress levels and that will make it easier to reduce your stress level at work. 4. Lighten up. Smile more. We all know laughter reduces stress. You will be amazed at how much more pleasant the people around you are when you make an effort to be pleasant yourself. 5. Learn to listen better. Rather than getting upset when others disagree with you, listen actively and find the areas of agreement. Be assertive and stand up for yourself, but don't be rigid. 6. Fix your environment. Make whatever adjustments you need to the lighting, temperature, noise level, and other controllable factors in your office. 7. Don't sweat the small stuff. Realize that there are some things that just aren't worth worrying about and there are some things you just can't change. Don't waste time stressing over the things in either category. 8. Get more sleep. This is another of the things you can do to reduce your overall stress that will have benefits at the office as well. In addition to reducing your stress, it will increase your energy level and your ability to concentrate. 9. Find a mentor If not a mentor, a friend will do. Having someone to talk to can take a lot of stress off you. 10. Spend more time with optimistic people. Negative people will pull you down to their level. Choose to work with people who have a positive attitude instead.

| If i were stressed at work, first thing i would do was stop working. I would take a short break and tried to have a good conversation with someone. It could be my co-workers or my friends or even family. I would look for humor in the situation. When used appropriately, humor is a great way to relieve stress in the workplace. When I or those around me start taking things too seriously, I would find a way to lighten the mood by sharing a joke or funny story. And if it was possible, I would leave work early and go out drinking with friends. I would just go home taking a shower and eating my favorite food and ice cream.

| I will remind myself that the more I get stress, the more there is increasing problems. So, I will stop thinking of that problem. If I cannot stop it, I will follow that thinking or that feeling, then the stres will decrease. I remember a quote from a senior monk that whatever will lose, let it lose, but keep your mind first. | There are actually several ways on how I could reduce and/or totally eliminate stress and fatigue in the workplace. Following these simple instructions and advices could actually help me solve my over-fatigue and stress problems. Firstly, stop being anxious of my next work day. Learn to live my life one day at a time. Enjoy the rest of the day in my hands and if ever there are still tasks or work piles that need to be finished by tomorrow, face it tomorrow. Secondly, try to think positively about my work, avoid negative-thinking co-workers, and pat myself on the back about small accomplishments, even if no one else does. Thirdly, listening to music does wonders to alleviate stress. I should listen to the music that makes me feel comfortable.

| Actually this is a common problem. So for starters, start to exercise. That will help a lot.You cannot be relaxed and stressed at the same time by listening to music. Listen to the self-talk in your note. It is not calming and peaceful. Be nice to yourself and quit being critical with the self-talk. When I find myself in times of trouble, you just speaking words" let it be every thing will be alright soon.

| I am always stress in rush hour. Thus, I have many techniques to manage with my stress. For me, I like to listen to music whenever I am getting down. Game is a good choice foe me also, it can make me fell better. Finally, try to talk with friends, they can make you happy exactly.
