What do you think about 'vegetable'?

I am a person who pretty like to eat some kind of vegetables.
Since I was young, my parents told me that eating vegetables is good for our health.
So, I try to eat and like it from then!
My mom said that vegetables are......
- help about digestion.
- take care of our skin.
- some kinds can effect to your eyes.
So, Let's have them!!!

The taste not bad and full of health benefit.
If you have a chef sense you can create some delicious vegetable menus. 
To me, I do like the dish called 'broccoli in shell sauce'.
Eating this dish with the jasmine rice is so cool.

I try to eat vegetables as much as I can.
Each day, I hardly eat vegetables. Because I always
eat Krapao, noodle which contains a little vegetable,
grilled pork and Kaochi.
The vegetables are very useful for our body, especially
for excreation system if we intake lots of vegetable, our
