What will you do if you sleepy in class?

I use to sleepy in class when the teacher teaching.Sometime,I can't control myself.But I try to do the ways to keep myself active.The best thing you can do is simply start paying attention ... I know it can be difficult but taking notes helps, even if you feel you don't need them. The act of writing down what the teacher is saying and paying attention to the material will help keep your mind stimulated and will help you keep focus and not fall asleep in class. Sometimes it does help if you have a snack too. food is your energy.
