I know that nowadays people easy to anger.Because of many things in our the world changed.
So I have some tips for you if you feel like this.Release all judgments and criticisms about yourself.
The purpose of judgments is to make you not feel which is what got you in the situation in the first place.
Forgive your body for having to make your life miserable in order to bring this to your attention.
Honor and own that this is your creation in order for you to pay attention to, and see how you have given your power away to other people and circumstances to offer you the opportunity to step into your power now.

Well.. to be honest, I don't know exactly how to release the anger.
But here are some tricks that I usaully do when I get angry..
1. Take a deep breaths.
2. Try to think about good things.
3. Listen to some easy-listening musics.
4. Call, talk to friends

These are some method help you release anger:
1. Identify what you are angry with. If you are reacting to it so strongly,
it is your own part that you are so afraid to see. All anger is self-anger.
Own that part and forgive yourself.
2. Slowly count from 1-10 quietly. Though it seems too easy,
it works! It will help you calm down and have time to think about what just happened.
3. Walk away. If you know that you are one of those who like to destroy things
or throw things around when you are angry, the best way is to walk away from the person(s) around you. If you are inside of the building, go outside and get some fresh air.
4. Meditate. Meditation helps clear your mind. It also makes you become more calm, and aware of things around you.

I'll walk away from that situation. Then count 1-10 slowly and take a deep breath.
After that I'll wash my face or take a bath or immerse my food into the water. I'll
do these to make my heart calmly. After doing all of above I'll listen to my favorite
song and sing along. Then think about that situation and be sensible. If it is a problem,
I should solve it. Talk to those with the reason.

Once you have identified an external source of anger, remove yourself from it. Perspective is greatest from a distance. If there is a particular relationship or situation that you are running up against that is a big source of frustration for you, do what you can to remove yourself from it. With enough space, you will be able to see your role more clearly. It is the understanding and addressing of your role in the situation that will bring you the most peace.

When I was in high school, I was going through the bad situation and adjustment. I wrote my feelings down through a paper, and it helped. You don’t necessarily have to be interested in any type of writing, you can just jot down what you are feeling at the time. Journaling your thoughts can be whatever you want it to be. To your surprise, you may feel better after you expressed your tension on paper.

I'm really easy to get angry.  Evil or Very Mad  When I get angry I will release my angry by follow these steps. ^^

-looking for somethings or someone who was make you got angry.
-Try to find out Why you get angry and think about it. Is it good to be angry for those things.
-Try to understand your angry, when you understand it, you'll release your angry easily.
-cool down yourself by take a deep breath and count as much as you want.
-looking for your favorite activity and enjoin with it.
-go to sleep.

When I follow these steps I will get better easily. ^^
