| For me, when I was angry, I will close my eyes and tell myself that nobody can understand me everyting because I can't understand someone everything too. I have read it from the internet and it can help me to release my anger. And if I'm not better, I would like to go to exercise because I want to forget it even if it's a short time.

| Try meditating. Do this every day to calm your nerves and you won't get so angry to begin with. Meditating calms the mind and helps you with your problems.Try sleeping. Sleep relaxes you and get rid of tension. It's so effective that you may end up waking without noticing you were angry.Get active. Instead of taking it out on people or yourself, take it out on your bike or exercising. It's good for not only your anger but also your health.

| Taking a deep breath can help me get rid of anger of mind so well. And the second one is to think another thing. Don't let yourself becomes so crazy. They are the ways of mine.

| The way to release anger is to be patient. If I can be patient until the anger reduce, I feel better and not to be angry. Just let it be and don't care much about it. Anger is not good to our health and our heart. I know I shouldn't angry at anyone.

| The way that I have read from somewhere are - Get in touch with your anger. - Identify the nature of your anger. - Ask yourself: “What am I anxious or fearful about that causes me to react in anger? - Take some action to express and release the anger such as throw stones at the ocean, use a plastic bat to pound a pillow, dance in a screaming frenzy.

You may be able to think more clearly too. Sometimes meditating can make you emotionless for the rest of the day. It removes a lot of stress and gives you a better outlook on the world. Make sure you meditate somewhere quiet, if the kids are running and shouting when you meditate, it will only make you more angry.
